Whether you are at work, home, vacation or even at a coffee shop in London we will come to you to fix your device while you wait! ServAplan On-Demand is currently only available for Apple products; however we are working on being able to service other products as well.

How does it work?

Very simple! When you log on to your account and submit a claim, you will be given a choice of how you would like to get your device fixed, at that point just choose the SERVAPLAN ON-DEMAND option.  Answer a couple of questions such as us the best contact number, the address where you would like us to send the tech, and 2 time slots that are convenient for you, once the technician arrives, they will fix your device while you wait! (Please keep your receipt as this will be required for reimbursement from us). And you are all done! Servaplan will take care of the rest, our automated service will guide you and give you updates every step of the way!

What is the turnaround time?

Most cases in fewer than 24 hours from the time you submit the claim to the time your device is fixed!

When using ServAplan On-Demand, will you be assured that all repairs are backed by a lifetime warranty.

What repairs are available?

ServAplan On-Demand is available for the following repair types: Screen Replacement, Battery Replacement, Audio Jack, and Charging Port Replacement. For all other repairs, you can choose to mail us your device (at no charge to you!) or take your device to your local service center.
